Author Nola Evangelista Signs her Book Tokin' Women

Nola Evangelista (aka Ellen Komp) is a longtime hemp / marijuana activist and author. Currently the Deputy Director of California NORML, for the past several years she has gathered information about prominent cannabis connoisseurs at her website Very Important Potheads and her blog Tokin' Woman. She will be visiting Sol de Mendocino for a fun Book Signing Soiree 2 - 4:20ish this Thursday, October 3rd.

The result of over a decade of research, Tokin' Women presents an enlightening compilation of over 50 famous females throughout herstory associated with cannabis - from ancient goddesses to bohemian authors, jazz musicians and icons of film from the 60s to today. Pick up your copy of the book, get it signed, and pick up some goodies from the Sol de Mendocino selection while you're here!
